Job Summary:
Coordinator (Training) is responsible to ensure the smooth
and effective functioning of an Environmentally sound Training Center
management, find out training events, different projects/Program related
learnings aligning with Training-Workshops & methodologies. S/he is
responsible to manage, design, develop, coordinate and conducting for small
& large scale training programs with the objectives of human resource
development as the experienced educator, from the field level or from among the
participants of PARALLELOGRAM followed by the Organization Building/Institution
Building Skills & bye-laws, land rights, people centered Agrarian Reform
Policy Advocacy mobilization and for materialization of the Climate resilience.
Overall, to-do plans, implements and evaluates training for Staff, Partners or
beneficiaries, focusing on Skill development for programs like livelihoods or
humanitarian response, handling logistics, managing trainers, assigning needs,
tracking outcomes and maintaining records, often bridging program goals &
vision with practical learning for Community impact by self assessment.

Job Summary:
The Manager (PMEAL) is a position in CDA to ensure the planning, monitoring,
evaluation, accountability and learning activities systematically within the
organization/Program/Projects in a continuous strategic way to achieve higher
quality with quality upon planned target of Program for increased impact followed
the organizational vision & mission/program/project goal/ objectively
towards social transformation development & access to Land Rights. The role
also strengthens institutional capacity for evidence-based decision-making,
accountability, and continuous learning followed by the Theory of Change
(TOC).
Key responsibilities include (not limited to):
Planning:
·
Prepare organizational plan & action plans
and Also the PMEAL department, program or project implementation plan.
·
Review the plans in a timely manner for
implementation & coordination and for achieving the planned change results.
·
Assist the departmental staff to prepare their
individual work plans aligned with the organizational Program/ Project/
priorities.
·
Develop Annual plan of CDA for the organisation
& for its program/project in a participatory manner in association with
respective Managers/ Coordinators / Desk Heads/ other staff.
·
Develop format to assess / survey the village
context for initial planning / as baseline, abstract and proposal writing for
the donors/ partners.
· Assist
to prepare yearly planning from the lowest tiers to Constituency level of the
PARALLELO gram and ensure self Monitoring.

Facilitate integration of PMEAL functions across
projects, ensuring consistency and synergy.
·
Concern with DD/ED Prepare plan for Human
Resources Management (HRM), Information Communication Technologies (ICT), MIS,
systems to the respective department and integration.

Support program teams in preparing annual and semi-annual
organizational plans and reports.
Monitoring:
·
Develop Monitoring tools, technic, indicators
and log frames for all Projects and Programs through bottom-up participatory
approach from the beneficiary levels.
·
Assist & Develop indicators & tools for
the POs/ Projects / Self Governance.
·
Provide training to staff for Monitoring &
Evaluation or developing system.
·
Organise & strengthening monitoring desk and
to the institutional system based on a guideline.
·
Develop & maintain monitoring systems to measure
the inputs and outputs for projects and program versus the log frames and
targets.
·
Select the most appropriate tools and
methodologies to collect and analyse the necessary data.
·
Analyse and report on progress versus targets,
in particular highlighting gaps to the relevant department heads.

Monitor the progress against annual plan, work
plan, strategic plan for all program and projects of CDA.

Maintain updated dashboards and progress reports
for management and stakeholders.
Evaluation & Learning:
·
Evaluate the impact of CDA’s program and
projects upon the ESC & Civil & Political Rights, Ecological, and
Environmental Rights, institutional values as internalised.

Establish targets for the objectives, outcomes
and impacts of projects and program in a participatory manner.
·
Develop & maintain evaluation systems to
measure the progress versus objectives, outcomes and impacts for projects.
·
Select the most appropriate tools and
methodologies to collect and evaluate necessary data.
·
Assist in developing the TORs for external
Evaluation
·
Setup and strengthen internal Evaluation desk.
·
Analyse and prepare report on progress versus
targets, in particular highlighting gaps to the relevant department heads/
Desks/ others.
·
Coordinate evaluations, and learning studies for
CDA.
·
Facilitate knowledge-sharing workshops and
learning sessions with staff & the internees.
General Activities:
·
Setup the priorities for the PMEAL department
using the output and findings of the department members in conjunction with the
direction set up by the POC, strategic plan and project / program objectives.
·
Visit the POs & samitees including all level
of institutional tiers and assess the strength to pick up issues for advocacy
·
Assist the departmental staff members to select
the most appropriate tools and methodologies to conduct their work
Provide consultancies to other organizations for CDA’s income
generation.
Staff Skills and Capacity development
·
Provide coaching and feedback to facilitates
reports as to increase their capacity.
Also provide orientation, training, workshop and meeting concern with
the DD and ED.
·
Inspire the respective & concerned staff to
prepare facts findings, case studies, updates, literatures, abstracts,
leaflets, brochures, Bulletins, Posters, or any other communication materials
along with the digitalization and edit all other publications & materializations
in relation with the People centred Voice/ efforts/ struggles towards advocacy.
Training,

Identify own training needs in association with
training section with the approval by the POC .

Identify training needs of PMEAL staff &
share in POC.

Provide training/ consultancy to the
organizational/ POs & its tiers upon evaluation.
·
Assist to develop PMEAL related training
curriculum, modules & materials. in association with training
section.
·
Planning, organising & conducting specific
trainings and workshops to the PMEAL department.
·
Attend regular and special trainings, workshops
and meetings as scheduled at organisational level.
·
Provide input / Training to the staff to
internalize & organise POs plan upon the contextual needs of People
Cantered Land Governance through formatively and statistically with visual
tools.

Participate in different workshop &
Trainings to be organized by CDA or other organization

Reporting:
·
Prepare monthly & other regular reports and
narrative Report as per schedule then submit to DD/ED/ Donor/ Government/ NGOAB

or prepare draft report like annual report of donor and
organization.

Ensure reports capture both performance progress

Fund raising & Communication
·
Associate with DD and ED to develop &
implement fundraising strategies upon the strategic planning /contextual need
analysis on a regular basis.

Write up the concept note, proposals including
the budget & financial plan in the guidance of DD/ED.
·
The concept note /guidelines/abstract for the
project proposals would be presented to the Donors/Representatives with the
consent of DD and ED.
·
Attend in the high level meetings as a
representative on behalf of the Organization.
Special assignments:
·
Engage with any other emergency or special work
of the organisation as required by the DD/ED towards formulation of Policies/
Plans for Internal/ External Governance.
·
Any assignment is recommended by the POC meeting
or the technical Team would be performed within Deadline.

Job Summary:
The Manager (SRPD) is a position in CDA to ensure social Research as a
Department and mobilizes social research initiatives, picking up & wrap-up
the excluded and unheard learning, and pick up the innovation & issues. The Manager is responsible for investigating social issues
through research, using various methodologies to gather and analyze data, with
a focus on participatory, bottom-up approaches towards policy enhancement. The
Manager (SRPD) works to strengthen the organization’s capacity in social
research, planning, process and policy analysis, and for advocacy, achieving
the goal oriented policy reform or reformulation fostering with people’s
participation, and promoting inclusive local resource based governance. Social
research findings and evidence-based learning will be utilized to inform
policy, test a refine existing strategies, enhance understanding of social
dynamics, design studies, and communicate results to diverse audiences toward
transformative solutions for the violation of the fundamental Human Rights.
Key responsibilities include (not

Planning, Social Research, &
Policy Analysis:

Prepare individual work plan
and action plan.

Assist to prepare work plan and

Design and conduct qualitative
and quantitative research, collect data, gather information through various
